Detroit-inspired flow grasps the fresh work by label launchers Locomatica. Minimalistic and simple approach is very noticable here with first two tunes as hardest-hitting dance floor tracks and "Placid" as a subtile closing act.
"Panoply" is a raw composition of sequenced vintage synth and simple and clean drums both hiding and revealing its true force as the track is flowing to its peak. Amsterdam based talent duo and Turbo Recordings residents, TWR72 deliver a stripped-back remix characterised by lean cut version of "Panoply" with stomping, striking, powerful interpretation, exploring the main synth riff in combination with vicious claps and pulsing rhythm.
At the very end of the package "Placid" stands for deeper side here showcasing the emotive perception of the project with slightly detuned dreamy bassline, upward sequence and glistering pads.
